Who handles your data
Vedanova Systems, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India operates GigPulse. This notice describes our handling of personal data with reference to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable law. Policy version: 2026-10-28.
What we collect and why
We collect account details (name, email and optional phone), workspace information, billing details and GSTIN, uploaded CVs/company profiles and skill documents, skill profiles, saved pipeline records, proposal drafts and usage. We use this information to create your account, match projects, draft proposals, manage team access, process payments, issue GST invoices, enforce quotas and keep the service secure. Do not upload sensitive personal data or another person’s documents without authority.
Consent and control
At signup you must actively accept the Terms and consent to this notice. We store your account ID, policy version and acceptance time. New social-signup accounts must complete the same consent before using the workspace. You may withdraw consent or request account deletion by contacting us or using Settings. Withdrawal can prevent us from providing matching and proposal services. We do not sell personal data.
Sub-processors and safeguards
Our service providers include Lovable Cloud (including its database and storage provider), Google Gemini via Lovable AI for skill extraction and proposal drafting, and Razorpay for payments. The selected document text and profile/project context needed for an AI request are sent to the AI service. Payment details are handled by Razorpay; GigPulse does not store card numbers. Providers may process data outside India subject to applicable law. We use access controls and private document storage; no system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Skill documents and their source records are deleted more than 30 days after an unpaid account expires; skill profiles remain so the account can resubscribe. Job listings older than 30 days are removed while saved pipeline snapshots remain. Ingestion logs are retained for 14 days. Account deletion removes personal account, proposal and document data; shared workspace records are preserved for remaining teammates. Workspace owners must transfer ownership before deleting an account with other members. Tax invoices and payment records may be retained to meet legal accounting obligations.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, correction, erasure, withdrawal of consent and grievance resolution, as permitted by applicable law. Settings includes Download my data and Delete my account. To correct account or billing information, or to exercise other rights, email us. We may verify your identity to protect your information.
