Terms of service
The service
GigPulse, operated by Vedanova Systems, is a job discovery and proposal drafting tool. We provide short project summaries, skill matching and editable AI drafts. Listings can change or expire; we do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, work or earnings. Review each original posting and every draft before use.
Independent aggregation
GigPulse is an independent aggregator, not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork, Freelancer.com, PeoplePerHour, Truelancer, LinkedIn or any other platform named. Users apply on the original platform and must follow that platform’s terms. GigPulse never logs into a user’s marketplace account and never submits proposals on their behalf. Trademarks belong to their owners.
Acceptable use
Use your own truthful information and documents you have permission to upload. Do not use GigPulse for spam, fraud, impersonation, unlawful content, unauthorized scraping, bypassing access controls or infringing another person’s rights. Do not misrepresent AI drafts as verified facts or disclose confidential client information without permission. Keep account access secure.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Prices are in INR excluding 18% GST. A 72-hour trial starts at signup without a payment card. Monthly autopay subscriptions renew until cancelled; annual plans and manual plans provide the purchased access period. Cancel autopay from Billing; access continues until the paid period ends. A failed renewal has a three-day grace period before access locks. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Changes to pricing will be communicated before a future purchase or renewal; founding prices remain subject to the purchased plan’s billing terms.
Responsibility and termination
You remain responsible for bids, rates, claims and compliance on the original platform. We may suspend misuse or illegal activity. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we are not responsible for lost opportunities or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law and contact
Indian law governs these terms. Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Contact Vedanova Systems at contact@vedanova-systems.com.
