Refund policy
Monthly plans
Cancel anytime from Billing. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Monthly plans have no partial refunds for unused time.
Annual plans
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase. The refund is the purchase amount minus used months, with any required tax adjustment. Contact contact@vedanova-systems.com with your invoice number to request review.
Failed or duplicate charges
Failed or duplicate charges are refunded in 5–7 working days after verification. Your bank or payment provider’s processing time may affect when the refund appears. Email contact@vedanova-systems.com with the payment reference; never send full card details.
